Provender Alliance Invites Natural Products Leaders to Oregon to Celebrate 50 Years
For five decades, Provender Alliance has brought together the people and businesses shaping a more values-driven natural products trade. This October, leaders in the natural community will gather once again to honor its shared roots, strengthen the relationships that sustain the work and imagine what can be built together next.
The 50th Anniversary Conference + Gala invites natural products leaders to connect, learn, share and celebrate five decades of community, collaboration and purpose.
Wednesday, October 21: Educational Intensive + Field Trip + Welcome Reception
Business with Purpose: From Aspiration to Action will explore how organizations can create value for people, communities and the planet while remaining resilient and successful.
Led by Purpose Pledge co-founder Les Szabo, Chief Strategy & Impact Officer of Dr. Bronner’s, and Cameron Stearns, CEO/CFO of Mountain Rose Herbs, alongside additional purpose-driven business leaders, the session will examine how companies are embedding purpose into their governance, culture, operations, workforce practices, supply chains and community impact. Participants will also explore practical ways to embrace the commitments and principles of the Purpose Pledge within their own organizations—whether or not they are currently a Purpose Pledge partner company.
Following the intensive will be the annual Field Trip to visit a handful of local organizations before returning to the venue for the welcome reception.
Thursday, October 22: Keynote Speakers + Workshops + ‘Meet the Makers’ Trade Show
Workshops before and after lunch (see below for details)
‘Meet Your Makers’ event. This tabletop trade show and networking event creates space for makers, buyers and natural products leaders to connect beyond the sales pitch.
Exhibitors can introduce their products, share their stories and build authentic relationships with the people helping shape the marketplace. Space is limited and traditionally fills quickly, so early registration is encouraged.
